My Approach to Tantra
A Practice of Presence, Sensitivity and Consciousness
I’m Mónica Tántrica, a tantric therapist with over eight years of professional experience, based in Barcelona.
My work draws on Kashmir Shaivism, traditional tantric practices, conscious touch and somatic awareness. I approach the body not simply as a source of physical sensation, but as a pathway to deeper self-awareness and inner exploration.
Breathing, touch and attention are central to my approach. They invite you to become more aware of your sensations, explore your relationship with your body and experience sensuality with greater presence.
Each ritual has its own structure and intention. Some focus on specific forms of bodywork; others incorporate breathing, meditation and traditional energetic practices. The experience is adapted to the chosen ritual and duration.
My intention is to create a private space where tantric practice can be explored with care, depth and respect for individual boundaries.
I work with international visitors and local clients who value discretion, personal attention and a thoughtful approach to Tantra. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.
What Is Tantric Massage?
Tantric massage is a form of conscious bodywork influenced by tantric traditions. It brings attention to the relationship between touch, breathing, sensation and awareness.
Rather than focusing exclusively on physical sensation, a tantric approach invites you to experience the body with greater attention and explore what arises through mindful contact and presence.
Different tantric practices may also work with traditional concepts such as prana, the chakras and inner energy. The methods and intentions vary according to the tradition and the practice being explored.
